Milna’s artwork consists of a layered complexity of textures that shows the many filters through which we see our memories and thoughts. The dense pigments she uses, along with the subtle lines show the chaos that emerges from raw emotion.  Having lived across diverse cultures, Milna uses her global exposure as a stimulus to explore the universalities of the human condition. She views her art as a mirror, challenging the viewer to confront the enigmas within their own minds. For Milna, the most authentic art is a transfer of energy—a bridge that allows the viewer to travel through their own psyche and connect with the raw, unspoken truths of their existence.
