At Jambudweep Art Collective Pvt. Ltd., we understand that purchasing art is a significant investment. We are committed to ensuring that every piece—from delicate sketches to large-scale canvases—reaches you in pristine condition.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

  • Original Artworks: As each piece undergoes a final inspection and professional archival packing, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

  • Custom/Commissioned Works: Timelines for commissioned pieces will be communicated individually as they depend on the artist’s completion and drying time (for oil paints).

Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of high order volumes or exhibitions, a slight delay may occur; we will notify you via email or SMS.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping across India for orders above ₹50,000.

  • B2B & Large Volume: For interior designers and architects handling bulk projects, shipping schedules and consolidated freight rates will be coordinated directly through your dedicated account manager.

PACKAGING STANDARDS

We treat packaging as an art form itself to prevent transit damage:

  • Flat Works (Unframed): Secured between acid-free glassine paper, moisture-resistant plastic, and heavy-duty reinforced mailing tubes or flat-pack folders.
  • Sculptures: Custom-built foam-lined wooden crates.

TRANSIT INSURANCE

Every shipment from Jambudweep is fully insured against loss or damage during transit. The cost of insurance is included in the shipping charges unless otherwise specified. This ensures that your investment is protected from the moment it leaves our collective until it reaches your doorstep.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES & INSPECTION

Important: Please inspect the external packaging upon delivery.

  • If you notice significant damage to the box/crate, please document it with photographs before opening.

  • If the artwork inside is damaged, notify us at Customercare@Jambudweep.co within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • We will initiate an insurance claim and work with you on a restoration, replacement, or refund as applicable.

International Shipping (Customs, Duties, and Taxes)

Jambudweep Art Collective is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local import regulations for “Original Art” as many countries offer tax exemptions or reduced rates for fine art.
