At Jambudweep Art Collective Pvt. Ltd., we curate unique, often irreplaceable pieces of art and heritage. Our logistics involve complex handling of fragile, heavy, or high-value items. Therefore, our policy is designed to ensure total confidence before the item leaves the studio.

THE PRE-PURCHASE GUARANTEE

We believe in a “no-surprises” experience. To ensure you are 100% certain of your choice before making a purchase:

  • Detailed Consultations: Our curators are available to speak with you regarding the history, texture, and presence of any piece.
  • Visual Transparency: We guarantee that the piece delivered will look exactly like the high-resolution pictures and videos shared with you during the selection process.
  • Condition Reports: For vintage or delicate items, a comprehensive condition report is provided upon request prior to billing.

NO-RETURN POLICY

Because our collection consists predominantly of unique, original artworks, and because the shipping of fragile or heavy art involves significant risk and specialized crating, Jambudweep does not entertain returns based on a “change of heart” or personal preference once a sale is finalized.

DAMAGED ARRIVALS & SOLUTIONS

In the highly unlikely event that an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition, we are committed to making it right.

  • Reporting: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@jambudweep.co. Please include clear photographs and videos of the external packaging and the damage to the Object itself.

  • Acceptable Solutions: Once the damage is verified by our logistics team and the transit insurance provider, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include:

    • Professional Repair: Arranging for a specialist restorer to repair the piece at your location or our studio.

    • Return & Refund: In cases where repair or exchange is not possible, we will authorize return of the product and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refund will be processed and “credited” within 7 – 10 working days.
