For Artists & Creators
To showcase your work and receive payouts, we require:
- Onboarding Data: Full name, username, and professional bio.
- Verification & Tax: PAN (Permanent Account Number), GST details (if applicable), and government-issued ID to verify age (18+) and residency.
- Financial Data: Bank account details for processing “Artist Payouts” via our payment partners.
- Sensitive Content: Verification of consent and age for any depictions of nudity or sexually explicit art.
For Patrons & Collectors
- Identity: Name, email address, and phone number.
- Payment Security: We use third-party gateways (e.g., Phonepay, Razorpay, PayPal). Jambudweep does not store your full credit card number. We store a secure “token” and the card’s expiry/postal code to facilitate recurring support or easy checkout.
- Shipping: Physical address and contact number for the delivery of original artworks, limited edition prints, or physical merchandise.
